     John Dulak was born on 14 October 1962 at Stevens Point, Portage Co, WI. He was the son of John Xavier Dulak and Gertrude Lewandowski.

Funeral services for John DULAK Jr. will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Torun. The Rev Arthur REDMOND will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the Dzikoski Funeral Home. A general rosary will be said at 8 p.m.
Mr. DULAK, 19, 1719 Oadwood Drive, died early Saturday morning at home after suffering an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

He was born Oct. 14, 1962, in Stevens Point, a son of John DULAK Sr. and Gertrude DULAK.
He attended Madison Grade School and P.J. Jacobs Junior High School and graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School in May.

He was employed by Mullins Cheese Factory in Knowlton.

Survivors include his parents, same address; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Pearl LEWANDOWSKI, 4295 N. Sunset Drive; two brothers, David, 308 6th Ave., and Leon, 30 Jacklin Manor, Plover; five sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Bernadine) ROZAK, 1430 N. Torun Road, Mrs. Kathy JOSKI, Unity, Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) STUART, Warrensburg, Mo., Mrs.Charles (Delores) HARDIN, Goodfellow, Texas, and Miss Victoria DULAK, at home; three nieces and two nephew

One sister preceded him in death.

John Dulak died on 28 November 1981 at Town of Dewey, Portage Co, WI, at age 19.

     Barbara Ann Dulak was born on 7 December 1950 at Stevens Point, Portage Co, WI. She was the daughter of Stephen B Dulak and Eleanor T Kirschling. Barbara Ann Dulak died on 7 April 1989 at Stevens Point, Portage Co, WI, at age 38.

Barbara Ann DULAK, 38, 601 John's Drive, died Friday after being stricken at home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. JosephCatholic Church with the Rev. Lyle SCHULTE officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Miss DULAK was born on Dec. 7, 1950, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Steve and Eleanore DULAK. She attended St. Stanislaus Grade School and graduated from PJ Jacobs High School in 1971.
She was a food preparer at Portesi Italian Foods after working various other jobs.

She also worked as a volunteer with St. Michael's Hospital, River Pines Living Center and the Red Cross.

Survivors include her parents, 1935 Oak St; two sisters, Lucille (John) LUTZ, 1725 Fremont St., and Shirley (David) MAHONEY, Sun Prairie; two brothers, Stephen (Cheryl), Wisconsin Rapids, and Michael (Robin), 209 Second St. N.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Arthur Haas

     Arthur Haas was born on 21 May 1943 at Dorchester, Clark Co, WI. He married Joanne Flatoff, daughter of Louis Flatoff and Katherine Sniadajewski, on 25 September 1965 at Stevens Point, Portage Co, WI. Arthur Haas died on 25 February 2001 at Lancaster, Grant Co, WI, at age 57.

Arthur C. Hass, age 57, of Lancaster, died Saturday, February 25, at Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster. He was born on May 21, 1943, in Dorchester, Wisconsin, the son of Arthur W. and Isabelle (Mayr) Haas. He married Joanne Flatoff on September 25, 1965, at S10 Peter's Catholic Church in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Art graduated from Colby High School in 1961. After attending UW -River Falls, he received his bachelor of science degree in agriculture education. He farmed in the Spencer, Wisconsin, area for eight years and later taught high school agriculture and horticulture in Waterloo, Wisconsin. Art then worked for Production Credit Association before becoming an independent insurance agent. He and his wife, Joanne, owned and operated Haas & HaasInsurance Agency in Muscoda, Wisconsin, since 1988. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus in Colby, Wisconsin, and the Lions Club, Diabetes Association and the city park board in Lancaster. Surviving Art are his wife, Joanne Haas, Lancaste; two daughters, Jennifer (Nicholas) Homan, Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and Susan Haas, Janesville, Wisconsin; a son, Jeffrey (Melissa) Haas, Platteville, Wisconsin; a grandson, Patrick Haas; his parents, Arthur and Isabelle Haas, Abbotsford, Wisconsin; four sisters, Joyce (Reggie) Morgison, Woodbridge, Virginia, Rita (Richard) Kloehn, Unity, Wisconsin, Judy (Dennis) Blazel, Marshall, Wisconsin and Karen (Rick) Block, Medford, Wisconsin; two brothers, Robert (Marion) Haas, Unity, Wisconsin, and Leonard (Mary) Haas, Colby, Wisconsin; and his dog 'Sparky.' He was preceded in death by a nephew, Joshua Block. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 1,2001 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster, with Monsignor Tom Baxter officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Martin Page Funeral Home of Lancaster is serving the family.
