Evelyn M. DuFault, 68, 1017 Phillips St., died Friday afternoon at St. Joseph’s Hospice Center in Marshfield.
She had been a resident of the center for five days and in ill health for several months.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Stanislaus Church. The Rev. William Moeschler will officiate and burial will follow at the Guardia Angel Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at the Dzikowski/Pisarski Funeral Home. The St. Stanislaus Rosary Society will pray a general rosary at 7:30 p.m.
She was born Feb. 13, 1921, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Stephen and Veronica Kabachinski. She attended St. Stephen Grade School and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School.
She was married to James J. McGill Aug. 18, 1945, in San Francisco, Calif. He died Aug. 20, 1969.
She then married Raymond DuFault April 2, 1977, at St. Joseph Church in Crandon. After the marriage they settled in Stevens Point. He survives.
She was employed by the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for SAGA Food Service for 10 yesa. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Rosary Society, Rose No 2.
Survivors besides her husband include two daughters, Chris (Jim) Herron, St. Paul, and Laurie (Charles) Grubba, 1601 College Ave; two sons, James (Debra) McGill, Plover, and Stephen (Marilyn) McGill, New Berlin; six grandchildren; one sister, Regina (James) Spreda, Stevens Point; and one brother, Leonard (Gertrude) Kabachinski, Menomonee Falls.
She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband.

The boy, born in Milwaukee, Nov. 2, 1957, had been ill since Wednesday.
He is survived by his father; his mother, the former Gertrude Feltz; two brothers, Dennis, 11, and Jeffrey, four; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Kabachinski, 315 Bliss Ave., and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Feltz, Milwaukee.

Mrs. Spreda was born Sept. 10, 1918, in Stevens Point to the late Steven and Veronica Kabachinski. She attended St. Stephen grade school, graduating from Emerson High School in 1936. She worked for Weber Fly Tackle and then the Congress Club.
She was married to James F. Spreda on Jan. 17, 1944, in San Francisco he was leaving to go overseas during World War II. He died July 25, 1994. She came back to Stevens Point. She worked 20 years for the Stevens Point Division of Consolidated Papers and later at Consolidated Paper Board, retiring in 1962. She also was a seamstress for many years.
She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and it Rosary Society, the local paper Board Union. She enjoyed crocheting and fishing in northern Wisconsin and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Packers fan.
Survivors include five sons, Patrick (Theresa), Stevens Point, Michael (Kathy), Stevens Point, David (Geri), Plover, Richard, Plover and James Jr. (Darlene), Stevens Point; a brother Leonard (Gertrude) Kabachinski, Menomonee Falls, and 12 grandchildren.

He was married to Regina Kabachinski on Jan 17, 1944, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in San Francisco. She survives.
He joined the U.S. Army in September 1941, and was discharged as a sergeant in January 1946. He received the Bronze Star, the Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Ribbon, American Liberation Service Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon.
He was employed in the sales and delivery departments at the Stevens Point Brewery from 1938 until his retirement in 1980. He was a member of St Stanislaus Catholic Church, a member and former treasurer of Teamsters Local 662, and an avid sports fan.
Survivors besides his wife include five sons, Patrick (Theresa), Stevens Point, Michael (Kathy), Stevens Point, David (Geri), Plover, James (Darlene), Stevens Point, and Richard(Cathy), Plover; one sister, Eleanore (Raymond) Mikich, eagle River; one brother, Harold (Jane) Spreda, Milwaukee, and 11 grandchildren.
