Age 48, died on Thursday, July 18, 2002 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Norma was born in Barstow, California on June 2, 1954, daughter of Norman and Mary Ann (Stachowiak) Weinberger. She loved to pray as often as she could, and attended Mass every weekend. Norma enjoyed football, especially the Green Bay Packers. She also enjoyed playing computer games, swimming, feeding birds, reading bird books, watching movies, and eating shrimp.
Norma will be greatly missed by her parents, Norman and Mary Ann, Darboy; her sisters: Mary Lou (Winston) Morrill, Des Moines, Iowa; Elizabeth Ann (Paul) Glebke, Greenville; her brothers: Brent Thomas Weinberger, Darboy; Kevin Michael Weinberger, Appleton; nieces: Mary Frances, Dorriss Jean and Shannon Ann Morrill; Annie Glebke; Katie Weinberger; and her nephew, Adam Michael Glebke.
The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Monday, July 22, 2002 at HOLY ANGELS CATHOLIC CHURCH, W5831 Highway KK, Darboy, with Rev. Tom Pomeroy officiating. The interment will be held at Restlawn Cemetery, Wausau. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, July 21, from 4 until 7 P.M., and again at the church on Monday from 10 A.M. until the time of service. A Prayer Service will be held Sunday at 6:30 P.M.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Rev. Kevin Ori for his care and concern of Norma. Norma was a tender hearted individual who gave lovingly from her heart. A part of us is gone but now she is joined in heaven with her twin Norman Jerome Weinberger.
