Survived by his wife Anne Schmidt; two sons Robert Schmidt of Agoura, CA., Richard Schmidt of San Bernardino; two daughters Christine Overmeyer of Highland, Cathleen Stein of San Bernardino; one sister Elaine Carnes, seven grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday at 1:30 P.M. at the Grove Colonial Mortuary. Interment in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation from 8 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Thursday.
