Leone E. Chesney, 71, 1600 Sherman Ave., Whiting, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 19,2002 at her residence.

Mrs. Chesney was born April 20, 1930, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Broton) Stroik.
She was married to Roman Chesney on Sept. 28, 1950 in Stevens Point. The couple later divorced. She was employed at Basic American Foods in Plover for many years.
Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie (Basal) Powers, Wausau, and Carol (Gary) Schroeder, Wisconsin Rapids; five sons, Patrick, Fond du Lac, Jack (Diane), Wisconsin Rapids, Michael, Rudolph 'and Rober (Jean) and Roy (fiancee Wanda), both of Stevens Point; one brother, Albert Stroik, Stevens Point; and two sisters, Margaret Glaza, Stevens Point, and Marian Stroik, Plover.
Leone Stroik died on 19 February 2002 at Whiting, Portage Co, WI, at age 71.

Alice M. CHESNEY, 64, 5293 Highway 66, died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 1992 at home. She had been in ill health for the past 10 months.
Mrs. CHESNEY owned and operated the Northside Grocery on Forest Street from 1966 to 1970.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Custer. Deacon Florian HURRISH will officiate. Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday at Shuda Funeral Chapel. The American Legion Auxiliary and Gold Star Mothers, both of which she was a member, will hold a ritual at 7 p.m., and a general rosary will be said at 7:30 Thursday at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established in her name to the Hospice of Portage County.
Mrs. CHESNEY was born on Sept. 30, 1927, in Stevens Point, a daughter ofthe late Robert and Julia (ARMOTOSKI) JURGELLA.
She attended St. Stanislaus Grade School and graduated from S10 Joseph Academy in 1945.
She was married to Henry GARSKI on October 27, 1946, in Stevens Point. They later divorced. Mrs. CHESNEY worked as cook at various restaurants in Stevens Point. She also tended bar at Bronk's Bar from 1970 to 1976.
She was married Roman Chesney on May 7, 1976. He survives.
The couple lived in Florida from 1980 to 1984, returning to Stevens Point to live at the current address.
Survivors besides her husband include three daughters, Loretta (Allen) RASMUSSEN, Custer, and Patricia (Michael) PIOTROWSKI and Shirley (Duane) KOSCIELSKI, both of Winter Haven, Fla; two stepdaughters, Bonnie OLSON, Wausau, and Carol (Gary) SCHROEDER, Wisconsin Rapids; five stepsons, Patrick (Denise) CHESNEY, Fond du Lac, Jack (Roxane) CHESNEY, Plover, Robert (WANDA) CHESNEY and Michael CHESNEY, both of Stevens Point, and Roy CHESNEY, Wisconsin Rapids; two sisters, Bernadine (Gregory) TEPP, Custer, and Florence (Hilary) SCHMICK, Wisconsin Rapids; 16 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son.

Lori Ann Rozak was born on 4 July 1974 at Stevens Point, Portage Co, WI. She was the daughter of Leanard Rozak and Bernadine Dulak. Lori Ann Rozak died on 8 March 2003 at Rozwell, NM, at age 28.

Lori Ann Rozak, 28, Roswell, N.M., a Stevens Point native and daughter of two Stevens Point residents, died at home on Saturday, March 8, 2003.
A memorial service will be held at the Anderson Bethany Funeral Home in Roswell, N.M. Her body will be cremated.
Ms. Rozak was born July 4, 1974, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Leonard and Bernie (Dulak) Rozak. She graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School in 1991.
She moved to New Mexico and worked at the Mission Arch Nursing Home as a certified nurse's assistant and also at the Juarez family clothing store.
Survivors include one son, Adrian Michael, New Mexico; her finance, Peter Juarez, New Mexico; her father, Leonard E. Rozak, Stevens Point; her mother, Bernie Rozak, Stevens Point; two brothers, Chad and Ryan, both of Stevens Point; two sisters, Stacey, New Mexico, and Kari, Stevens Point; and her paternal grandparents, Leonard and Charlene Rozak, Stevens Point.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John and Gertrude Dulak.
